PART-TIME BOARD OPERATORS, CALL SCREENERS, AND AIR TALENT
Clear Channel Radio New Orleans has immediate openings for part-time on-air talent, board operators, call screeners, and air talent. 

On-Air Talent responsibilities include performance consistent with format and direction given by Program Director(s).   Air talent must be available to work weekends, holidays and occasional vacation fill-in.  Qualifications include 2 or more years of on-air experience and knowledge of FCC rules and regulations. 

For board operator submissions, prior experience preferred but not necessary.  For on-air submissions, experience in Urban and Urban Adult Contemporary is preferable.

TTN OPENINGS FOR PART-TIME POSITIONS

The Total Traffic Network, the traffic reporting arm of Clear Channel Radio of New Orleans, has openings for part-time traffic producers and mobile reporters.  Responsibilities for the producer include gathering traffic information and entering the material into the Clear Channel Traffic website.  Responsibilities for the mobile reporter include driving station vehicles and reporting on traffic conditions.  A knowledge of the major traffic arteries in the New Orleans area is a plus.  Candidates for the mobile reporter positions must also have a valid drivers license.  Hours will be as fill-in and as needed.

INTERNSHIPS
Clear Channel New Orleans is currently accepting applications for web-oriented interns who are computer-savvy and technically inclined.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with one of the country's leading media companies.  An internship at Clear Channel can provide the chance to explore career interests, acquire marketable job skills while "learning the ropes" of the industry, and gain practical work experience.

Students with a very outgoing personality and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.  You should also have an interest in photography, graphic design, web development and interaction with the general public at events, both large and small.
 
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, enrolled in an accredited school, college, or university, and able to provide a letter from their school stating that they will be granted credit for the internship.
